The RainMaker 100 is offered with a one-year warranty on the control unit and a two-year warranty on all other components.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply in cases of physical damage to or improper use of any of the components.
If you have a warranty claim, please Contact Us and supply us with a brief description of the issue. We will then provide instructions for return of the defective part or parts. Upon receipt and examination of those items, we will then ship to you the applicable replacement parts.
